Belfast and we are now recruiting Senior Care Workers to help lead and shape the team from day one. This is a rare

opportunity to join a service at the very beginning, where your experience, ideas and leadership will truly matter.

Youll support adults with mental health needs in a modern, therapeutic environment and play a key role in setting high

standards of care, supporting colleagues and ensuring excellent outcomes for residents. The role: Provide high-quality,

person-centred support to individuals with mental health needs Act as a senior presence on shift, supporting and guiding
