OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Crossroads senior care attendant will be an exceptional care attendant with additional responsibilities within their
local area. This role will support Crossroads in providing quality care in the community over a 24/7 rota.
The role will support both care attendants and scheme mangers in the everyday running of the organisation.
