About the Role
Main Purpose of the Post
To assist the Service Manager in the day-to-day care functions of the agency. To take accountability of the day to day
running of the service. The on call is shared as verbal agreement.
To supervise and evaluate the delivery of care and support to ensure care staff are designated appropriate work
assignments, to ensure full and professional care is delivered to the service users.
To maintain the quality-of-care service which will be in accordance with standards set down by Desired Care 4 U Ltd.
