You must be a team player

You will work with a team of seniors to promote good standards throughout the home.

Together with the senior team you will work along side and lead a team of careers, allocate jobs give medications,

assist in creating care plans and reviews.

Keep family members updated on any changes.

Take part in ward rounds, work with GP, Social workers district nurses to ensure all residents needs are met.
