About the Role
As a Senior Carer/Team Leader, to oversee/maintain the care of all Service Users within the care home. In the absence of
the Manager, Deputy Manager and Nurse, to take responsibility for the day to day running of the care home. To delegate
tasks and monitor all junior staff.
Previous management/supervisory experience within a care home setting
Genuine interest in and experience of working with the relevant Service User group
Ability to communicate effectively with Service Users, relatives and all grades of staff
