About the Role
Are you currently working in care with an NVQ level 2 or 3 qualification, and do you want to take the next step in
becoming a Senior care worker? - then why not take that next step and come and work with us. As you can already prove
that you are a caring person, we would like to take that experience and make it better, by becoming a Senior carer in
our home.
You will assist the Home Manager and Nurses with managing the staffing levels, mentoring staff, whilst acting as a role
model in every aspect of working in a care environment, in a professional manner. To assist with the induction of new
