Job Purpose:

To lead, support, and motivate care staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents, ensuring their

dignity, comfort, and independence are maintained. The Senior Carer acts as a role model and a link between the care

team and management, ensuring effective communication and compliance with care standards.
