About the Role

Joining us as a Senior Case Worker, you’ll be part of our friendly and supportive team of social care and health care

professionals based at Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital. You’ll also support our short-term service to deliver

safe and efficient hospital discharges.

You’ll enjoy the benefits of engaging with people in a face-to-face environment, working alongside colleagues in a

supportive space. There will be plenty of opportunities to collaborate and share learning with peers, whilst building

positive relationships through your reviews in the hospital.
