About the Role
Driving Hub GB LTD is seeking a committed and experienced Senior Child Care Practitioner to join our residential
childcare team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children and young people to achieve positive
outcomes in a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.
As a Senior Practitioner, you will support the day-to-day running of the home, lead shifts, and provide high-quality
care to young people with emotional and behavioural needs. You will act as a key worker, contributing to care planning,
risk assessments, and reviews while ensuring each young person’s individual needs are met.
