Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive telephone screening and triage services.
- Facilitate accurate health and social care information.
- Supervise and advise referral advisors.
- Ensure service users are directed to appropriate services.
- Work autonomously and make robust clinical decisions.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in relevant field.
- Professional qualification (RMN, DipSW, OT).
- Post-registration experience in mental health settings.
- Knowledge of health and social care legislation.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
