Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive telephone screening and triage services.
• Facilitate accurate health and social care information.
• Supervise and advise referral advisors.
• Ensure service users are directed to appropriate services.
• Work autonomously and make robust clinical decisions.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• Professional qualification (RMN, DipSW, OT).
• Post-registration experience in mental health settings.
• Knowledge of health and social care legislation.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
