About the Role

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES To undertake the clinical and administrative duties outlined in the job plan - to be agreed on

appointment and reviewed regularly. To provide patient-centred, high quality care ensuring that patients are well

informed and able to participate in their care. To be responsible for maintaining satisfactory patient records. This

will include entering of relevant data into electronic patient records. To provide regular updates to GPs and other

relevant health care professionals. Provide relevant sexual health, general health and adherence promotion. To work as

part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) including engagement in the weekly MDT meeting to review antiretrovirals &
