About the Role

The Rotherham Trauma and Orthopaedics department is a very friendly forward-looking department with 16 consultants We

are supported by one Associate Specialist, Mr Rocha and a further Orthopaedic Consultant, Mr Saeed Ali. The other

doctors/ANPs within the department include by four SAS grades, five STRs, two Wrightington Fellows, six ANPs (Advanced

Nurse Practitioners), one FY2, two FY1s, and five Junior Clinical Fellows. The department has two wards for their

patients, Fitzwilliam for Trauma and Rockingham ward for elective admissions. We have 20 ring-fenced beds in Rockingham

ward for the elective patients. The Rotherham Foundation Trust is part of a new surgical Orthopaedic centre of
