registration experience and evidence of post registration study ALSO /NALS/NIPE desirable Excellent leadership skills/
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of people management /effective role model. compassionate
and approachable To monitor professional practice within the clinical area in order to provide the highest standard of
care, developing and strengthening Midwifery roles where appropriate. To provide midwifery leadership, advice and
support midwives employed within the Trust. To provide a clinical presence on the Labour Ward for being responsible for
