Homecare and Home IV Services at Leighton Hospital.

This pivotal role supports the safe, effective, and cost-efficient delivery of medicines directly to patients in their

homes, ensuring compliance with clinical and financial governance frameworks. You will work closely with the Lead

Homecare Pharmacist to manage high-cost drugs, Patient Access Schemes, and Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy
