About the Role

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Delivery of long term conditions strategy for practice(s) and the

PCN Leading on our centralised approach to safety alerts, policies and training Providing mentorship through 1-2-1s for

direct line reports. This is with the aim to develop competencies and provide assurance on quality of service provision

Ensuring appropriate direction and progress for PCN pharmacy teams on workstreams agreed with PCNs Contributing towards

supervision and support of trainee pharmacists / foundation pharmacists Key working relationships Patients GPs, nurses

and other practice staff Clinical Directors/practice managers Community pharmacists and support staff Other members of
