An exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity is available within Pennine network community services to cover maternity

leave.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist with a specialist interest in mental health to work closely with the

Home Treatment Team and provide Clinical Pharmacy support across the urgent care pathway in partnership with the Initial

Response Service (IRS).
