and the wider Medicine Division where necessary. Actively participating in consultant-led ward rounds to promote and

support medicines optimisation, antimicrobial stewardship and effective discharge planning. Involvement in education and

training of a variety of healthcare professionals including diploma & pre-registration pharmacists, undergraduates and

trainee advanced nurse practitioners. Participate in back-up senior on-call rota supporting junior pharmacists Whilst
