About the Role

Simulation Based Education (SBE) is widely recognised as a means of improving patient outcomes through enhanced learning

of evidence-based standards. The simulation service supports the Trust in meeting two of its strategic priorities:

improving clinical handover; improving sepsis screening and timely management. Furthermore, our service supports Trust

strategic priorities: ability to deliver high quality care; be the employer of choice; and deliver care at better cost.
