Senior Clinical Support Worker (MRI Facilities)

About the Role

Maintain and support a clean and safe imaging environment Decontaminate and clean imaging equipment, accessories, and

clinical areas; move equipment appropriately to maintain service efficiency. Follow MRI safety procedures in restricted

areas, ensuring own safety and that of others. Manage blood and body fluid spills in line with protocol. Maintain and

dispose of sharps bins in accordance with local policy. Perform QA/QC checks on small equipment (e.g., POCT devices) as

per protocol, recording and reporting results. Clean, move, and change MRI coils during sessions. Adhere to and assist

with implementing departmental health & safety, infection control, and MRI safety policies. Manage stock and consumables
