About the Role

To work alongside nursing/medical staff and family members to competently provide agreed clinical skills and

individualised care for a child with complex health needs within the home, school and hospital environments, liaising

with other professionals as necessary. To accurately record, collate, monitor and provide feedback of patient

information to the Team Leader and/or Care Manager, initiating actions as necessary.

• At the direction of the senior member of staff assist in the delivery of planned nursing care for a child.
