About the Role
To support the lead nurse in delivering the nursing provision within the service To provide clinical supervision to
junior staff To participate in peer supervision within the CYPS Learning disability Team Ensure standards of service
provision are followed, monitored and maintained To assess, plan, implement and evaluate the nursing care needs of
Children and young peoplewith learning disabilities who use our services. To hold a complex caseload with a variety of
nursing needs To supervise and teach unqualified staff including students. To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
in supporting those who use our service and their carers.
