About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning Disability Nurse to take on a leadership role within the

Complex Physical Health nursing team, as part of the Community Learning Disability Team in Greenwich.

The post holder will be part of an experienced nursing team comprising of nurses and specialist support staff, who work

towards improving the physical health and wellbeing of adults with learning disabilities within the local borough.
