About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Registered Adult Nurse to work within a community integrated team as part of a

multidisciplinary team, full or part time, with a minimum of 28.5 hours per week. In this post you will be covering

Tendering East neighbourhood.

The service provides 24/7 nursing and therapeutic input to patients within their own homes with the aim of returning

them to maximum independence, by actively promoting self-management on all activities of daily living.
