About the Role

We are inviting you to join our team as a band 6 community rehabilitation Physiotherapist here in Trafford Local Care

Organisation. . You will be working within a multi-disciplinary team consisting of physiotherapists, occupational

therapists and patient support worker colleagues. You will be responsible for a varied caseload delivering evidenced

based rehabilitation programmes within patient’s homes and outpatient facilities.

The community rehabilitation service is supported by the AHP leadership model within Trafford. You will work closely

across the organisation attending band 6 peer groups where we support shared learning. You will be supervised by band 7
