About the Role

The Senior Digital Transformation Lead at Belfast H&SC Trust will spearhead the digital health transformation programme, Encompass. This role involves providing strategic leadership to enhance nursing and midwifery practices, ensuring effective implementation of digital health solutions that benefit patients and their families through collaboration with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead aspects of Encompass implementation for nursing and midwifery.
• Provide leadership for a regional digital approach to care planning.
• Maintain evidence-based nursing and midwifery practice standards.
• Develop education programs for a digitally capable workforce.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Relevant university degree or equivalent qualification.
• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
• 3 years’ experience at Senior Management Level.
• Experience in performance management and stakeholder engagement.
• Current full UK driving licence and access to a car.
