JOB DESCRIPTION
Belfast H&SC Trust is currently engaging in the digital health transformation programme Encompass, along with other
Trusts in Northern Ireland to ensure the delivery of high quality person-centred, integrated health and social care
services. The post holder will provide strategic clinical and professional leadership and direction to support the
nursing and midwifery professions, working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve
the standardisation of nursing and midwifery digital health practice, shaping the design, identifying and agreeing the
