Manchester (GM) foot print as part of the Inclusion Health Homeless team - GM.

The Inclusion Health Homeless team - GM delivers against 2 key areas of focus:

1. Clinical: Appropriate clinical resource integrated into Inclusion Health Homeless team - GM. This resource will

either negate the need for people to access wider services or will enable swifter access into existing services.

2. Training: Focus on developing the capacity of the Inclusion Health Homeless team - GM through training and
