Senior Early Years Practitioner

About the Role

To work closely and supportively with the EYFS Lead to lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the Pre-School;

ensuring high quality Early Years care and education for all children. To demonstrate a secure knowledge and

understanding of EYFS requirements and a commitment to improving and continuously developing policy and practice. To

take on responsibility in the setting for ensuring early and expedient intervention for children with possible or

existing special educational needs, liaising with the school SENCO. To lead and manage staff to ensure the smooth

running of the day and that all relevant tasks are completed; with the ability to take overall responsibility for the
