Senior Falls Prevention Specialist Practitioner

About the Role

A Vacancy at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

In relation to the patient falls prevention service, you will be supporting the falls prevention teamin delivery,

management and leadership of the service, exhibiting leadership behaviours, for example, being organized, an advocate,

adaptive and approachable.

You will also support divisional teams in the reduction of patient falls, via working collaboratively within the Harm

Free Care team, patient safety team and patient experience team and be supporting (in collaboration with the Falls
