About the Role

The post holder will be the clinical advisory lead within the Improving Immunisation Uptake Project Team set up to work

with GP Practices, PCN’s and the ICB for the delivery of the commissioned programme which aims to improve immunisation

offer and uptake across Kent and Medway within GP Practices, with a particular focus on data transfer, GP Practice

Processes, GP Practice Staff awareness of programmes and procedures and reducing health inequality.

The objective of the Improving Immunisation Uptake (IIU) initiative is to utilise Child Health Information (CHIS)

General Practice (GP) level data and clinical advisory input to improve vaccination uptake in 0-5-year olds, assessing
