An exciting opportunity has become available for Health and Social Care Support Workers to join the Care at Home Team in

Lochaber. The post holder will work effectively supporting care as appropriate to promote optimum achievable self-care

allowing clients to remain in their own homes. There is a goal within Lochaber to expand the service to include

reablement/rehabilitation to allow patients to avoid acute hospital admission / return home from hospital sooner and

remain living in their own homes.
