Job title: Senior Health Care Assistant Hours:full time or part time, day duty. Rate of pay:£13.50 - £14.75 per hour
Main Responsibilities To work alongside the Team Leader to manage the day to day care needs of residents To complete
observations, prepare admission/discharge documentation & care plans To deliver and support colleagues to deliver the
highest standards of care and support as requested To manage a dedicated team of care & support assistants and manage
daily documentation & outcomes. To assist in audit and dash board compliance. To respect and follow the Companies
values; kindness, integrity, transparency, respect and empathy. To follow and implement all IPC measures and policies in
