make a meaningful difference to the lives of patients, carers, and families across Stoke-on-Trent and North

Staffordshire, working within our hospice and the community.

As a Senior Health Care Support Worker , you’ll work closely with our Admiral Nurse to provide holistic, timely, and

compassionate support – offering advice and support whilst managing your own caseload. You’ll help reduce crisis points,

improve wellbeing, and empower families to live well with dementia.
