The post holder will carry out duties involving direct patient care as delegated by the registered nurse. Will regularly
work without supervision after appropriate training/induction to provide care and support to patients/relatives/carers
The post holder will ensure a person centred approach to care delivery which is safe and effective to ensure and
maintain quality strategy.
