PRIMARY DUTIES & AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY This job description describes the role that the Senior Healthcare Support
Worker will be working to within their clinical area. Supervision and support will be provided during tasks, to safely
gain experience and confidence and to successfully complete any associated training programmes deemed necessary. The
role of the Senior Healthcare Support Worker is to: To provide, supervise and deliver a high standard of nursing care,
both on a 1:1 basis or Baywatch, recognising and meeting specific needs of the patient(s) who are identified as needing
