About the Role
The Senior MCSW will undertake fundamental personal care duties including: bathing; toileting; and dressing; as well as
care for neonate’s personal needs. Supporting parents in the transition to their new family unit. This role includes
supporting with infant feeding needs. The role also includes undertaking a limited range of delegated clinical skills
care duties including: taking and recording patients’ and neonatal vital observations, blood glucose monitoring of
patient and neonate; observing patients for sign of agitation or distress, wound observations and simple wound
