Senior Homecare Clerk
About the Role
To oversee the day to day running of the Homecare Office including the below duties to ensure tasks are completed
efficiently and in a timely manner. To supervise new members of staff along with the other Senior Homecare Clerks under
the direction of the Assistant Team Leader. To participate in the prescription management and ordering of
pharmaceuticals from 3rd party companies in a timely manner according to need. To prioritise ordering according to
deadlines. To complete complex invoicing queries and be able to resolve problems using JAC and processing credits were
necessary. To ensure supply issues are escalated in a timely way to the Assistant Team Leader. To initiate the ordering
