About the Role
The Senior House Officer in Anaesthesia will work closely with junior doctors and registrars, ensuring effective communication and continuity of patient care. You will be responsible for patient management and will instruct nursing and technical staff as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective patient care.
- Manage patients under the Consultant's care.
- Refer to Consultants for complex issues.
- Participate in staff meetings and development programs.
- Maintain high-quality care standards.
Requirements
- GMC Registration is essential.
- IELTS score of 7.5 or OET Grade 'B' for IMGs.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Capability to manage varying workloads.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
