About the Role
Exciting opportunities are being developed to work within the Emergency Department at Dorset County Hospital. We would
like to invite experienced band 6 staff from within the Emergency Department who feel are ready to lead a team of Band
6, Band 5 and band 3 staff and support the senior leadership team with emergency work.
We are looking for enthusiastic Band 6's who are organised and can use their own initiative whilst being flexible to
frequently changing situations, to work with and support the Registered Nurses/Paramedics and Healthcare Assistants in
the Emergency department where you will be supporting the team with maintaining the high standards of patient care, flow
