As part of the Private Care’s Divisional Leadership team, this role is pivotal in transforming Private Care as a leading

centre for private orthopaedic surgery and embedding a culture of continuous improvement through delivering change in

processes, ways of working and care delivery to ensure that we work efficiently and that our patients and Consultants

enjoy an exceptional experience.

The Senior Matron will also be responsible for the development and implementation of Private Care’s clinical strategy

and culture, championing clinical standards, and deputising for the Managing Director in their absence
