About the Role
The States of Guernsey are looking for a Senior Neonatal Staff Nurse to join the Special Care Unit on Frossard Ward.
The post holder will take charge of the Special Care Unit, coordinate care delivery and staffing safely and effectively.
They will communicate effectively with the MDT, families, and UK hospitals to support seamless care. The Senior Staff
Nurse will work autonomously and play a key role in shaping care delivery while maintaining a calm, professional
presence.
