ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Nurse (General) at a Barchester care home, you'll use your leadership skills to make sure our residents get
the quality care we're known for. We'll look to you to be a hands-on clinical leader that creates a safe and supportive
environment for our residents with a range of mental and physical needs. You'll use your professional judgement to make
critical clinical decisions, from assessing the needs of a new resident to implementing safeguarding policies and
