About the Role

Key Responsibilities Help to lead and support a team of nurses and healthcare assistants, fostering a positive,

collaborative, and patient centred culture. Work closely with the nonclinical coordination hub to ensure that patient

priority status reflects individual care needs and the safe, effective provision of services. Ensure compliance with

Marie Curie policies, procedures, safeguarding requirements, and clinical standards. Oversee caseload management across

the Midlands Community Services, supporting efficient service delivery and proactive planning based on patient acuity

and available resources. Support and, where required, lead investigations into incidents, complaints, and concerns,
