Senior Nurse/Clinical Manager
About the Role
Responsible for the day-to-day service activities and associated service planning in the short and long term, together
with providing leadership to the OH clinical team including Specialist nurse, Specialist Physiotherapist, Counsellors,
visiting OH Physicians and administrative team including the management of recruitment, retention and appraisals (Bands
3 - 7). Assessing the level of clinical service required and writing business cases for increasing the establishment to
provide the required level of service required for the Trust. Interacting with multiple customers and providing
professional OH input in relation to new strategic business opportunities. Acting as a Senior Nurse in OH field managing
