About the Role
Action Staffing is recruiting for a Senior Nursery Practitioner to lead a room within a high-quality nursery setting.
This role is ideal for an experienced Level 3 Practitioner ready for more responsibility or an existing Room Leader
looking for a better salary package (up to £30k).
THE ROLE:
Lead the daily running of the room, supporting the management team.
Act as a key person, observing and planning for children’s development.
