About the Role

The post holder will act as a Senior Nursing Assistant, supporting the multi-disciplinary team, working under the

supervision of registered nurses. They will assist patients through the North Manchester sexual health service. This

includes clinic chaperoning doctors/specialist nurses, assisting with procedures and carrying out venepuncture. Having

received training they will deliver a scientific service of microscopy staining slides, diagnosing infection within the

Sexual Health Department. The post-holder will keep the material resources well stocked in the clinical area and in the
