As an exciting time to join the Urgent Community Response Out of Hours Team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and

dedicated Senior Nurse to join our team.

You will be a dynamic, motivated team player that enjoys working overnight and the autonomy of community working.

Experience of dealing with palliative care, catheter care and triage is preferred but full training will be given.

To lead in the delivery of high standards of health care to patients within their own place of residence by assessing,

planning, implementing, and evaluating care in order to prevent avoidable admission to hospital and facilitating early
