It is why, for the first time, we’re embedding lived experience roles across our acute mental health and learning

disability services, and we’re looking for a senior peer support worker (PSW) to join us at this exciting time.

This role is for someone with lived experience of receiving inpatient care and can represent our learning disability

and/or neurodiversecommunities. We are looking for someone who feels comfortable using their experiences, empathy and

understanding to help others and to inspire hope and recovery. As this is a senior role, so you will need a peer support
