About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic senior clinical pharmacist who is keen to support medicines optimisation

of older adults with complex disease. The post holder will be responsible for the senior oversight of the Care of Older

Adults Directorate. They post holder will also participate in multidisciplinary team working on wards and in clinics,

delivering high quality, cost-effective and patient-focused pharmaceutical care.

The individual will act as a clinical role model within the Pharmacy department and supervise junior and pharmacy

support staff at ward level. The post holder will be responsible for the delivery and further development of pharmacy
