Senior Pharmacist - Trauma & Orthopaedics
About the Role
The postholder will provide the following to the wards and departments within the T&O Directorate (not exhaustive):
Provide and manage a specialist clinical pharmacy service to the wards and departments within the T&O Directorate. To
provide expert pharmaceutical advice regarding T&O patients who have complex drug regimes, polypharmacy and medicines
adverse effect. Promote the safe, appropriate, and economic use of medications both within the pharmacy department and
on the wards. To provide clinical and directorate support to the T&O directorate. To develop and deliver innovative
services that help improve the T&O patient journey and outcome. Implement local and national guidelines where
